Flow Mental Simulation ("the App") is operated by Flow in Practice. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

Information We Collect

The App does not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information. Specifically:

• We do not require account registration
• We do not store the situations or decisions you describe in sessions
• We do not track usage analytics or behaviour
• We do not use advertising or third-party tracking

How the App Works

When you start a session, the text you enter is sent to our server to generate a personalised narration and audio. This text is processed in real time and is not stored after the session ends.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services to generate session content:

• Anthropic API — for narration script generation
• OpenAI API — for text-to-speech audio generation

Text you enter is transmitted to these services solely for the purpose of generating your session. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for details on how they handle data.

Data Storage

Session notes you write on the Capture screen are stored locally on your device only. They are never transmitted to our servers.

Children

The App is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
